or perhaps you just want to put your feet up and enjoy a scenic float
down the river? Whatever your pleasure, we offer raft tours on every
level of moving water and ranging in length from half day to 12 days
trips. Our experienced, certified guides, will ensure your trip is safe
and fun-filled. Enjoy the wilderness that abounds on world-renowned
rivers such as the Bulkley, Babine, Skeena, Alsek and Tatshenshini!
Top quality rafting gear is supplied and custom trips are available.
With over 30 rapids, the Bulkley River Canyon is one of
the most exciting and scenic white water rafting trips in British Columbia.
During this challenging 33 kilometers of river, you will experience
the thrill of the roller coaster waves of the Hagwiligit Canyon
and the thundering roar of Feather-Bed.
For a great way to celebrate an anniversary or birthday,
take a peaceful float trip on one of our popular rivers. Fun the entire
family can enjoy, bring your camera, refreshments, and prepare to relax
to the sound of water rippling along the shore. Bear, moose and eagles
abound, for those who listen and look.

Canoeing/Kayaking
Experience the vastness of Canadas waterways like the
First Nations and early explorers did by canoe! Canoes are the
perfect craft able to carry heavy loads and yet light enough
to be carried when a portage is necessary. In the Bulkley Valley there
are thousands of miles of lakeshore and river corridors to explore by
canoe or kayak.
Whether you desire the solitude of an early morning paddle on the lake
or the adrenaline surge of whitewater its here for you!
Our professional certified guides offer trips of varying lengths - from
an hour paddle, or multi-day trip, up to a couple week adventures. Places
to paddle include Tyhee Lake home to loons, bald eagles
and ospreys; the Bulkley River and Telkwa River with sections
suitable for easy float trips and sections navigable only by expert
paddlers; to canoe routes like Nanika-Kidprice, Swan Lakes; and to the
north the Spatsizi and Stikine Rivers.
If you want to improve your canoeing or kayaking skills
be sure to take advantage of the full slate of courses offered each
spring and summer.
If you want to paddle with a group, check the events calendar
for a listing of the Bulkley Valley canoe/kayak trip schedule. Canoes
and kayaks are available for rent at various store locations.
