Call for Expressions of Interest - Seniors’ Housing

BC Housing is seeking an experienced non-profit partner to manage and operate eight apartments for seniors and persons with disabilities at 1540-1554 First Avenue in Telkwa.

In order to submit a response to this Request for Expressions of Interest, a representative of your organization must attend a mandatory information session at Council Chambers – 1704 Riverside Street on Friday, August 27, 2010 at 1:00 p.m.

These apartments have been purchased through the Canada-BC Affordable Housing Initiative Agreement with matching contributions by the Province under the Seniors’ Rental Housing (SRH) initiative and by the Government of Canada through Canada’s Economic Action Plan to provide affordable housing for independent seniors and people with disabilities.

Expressions of interest must be made in the prescribed format and received by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10 2010, forwarded to the attention of Darcee Barnaby, Procurement Specialist, at:
